AMATIC place great emphasis on the Spanish market

(Spain, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Leopold Öller, Director at AMATIC Industries, was interviewed by SoloAzar after the participation of the company at Fer-Interazar, the industry trade show of Madrid. “The Spanish market is one of the largest in Europe. Demand for excellent quality gaming solutions exists and we will continue to ensure that our innovations reach the players there”, he said.


What did you present at this edition of the trade show?

Our electronic roulette is one of the most popular in the whole of Spain. We remain extremely popular with players in Spain. Our latest Grand Jeu 24X has the powerful and secure HARDROX (HX) platform inside – making the play response time even quicker and portraying the screen graphics clearer still. The great experience that the AMATIC team possesses ensures that players can enjoy electronic roulette that much more. Yet another benefit: the games options are displayed in an extremely user friendly way.

Our Multi Game solution in Spain is known as MULTI LINER. We have a dedicated gaming machine for the Spanish market – the V24 – which is particularly successful in the bar segment. For the arcades, we offer both our Upright (AMAROX C24) and Slant-Top (PERFORMER GRAND ARC) cabinets.

What particularly stood out for the visitors to the show relating to your products?

Another example of how we create dedicated solutions for the Spanish market is our GO FOR GOLD bonus game feature. This is well established itself in the Spanish arcades. It adds even more excitement to the game and as the player has to ‘buy into’ this feature, this is another revenue stream for operators. The higher the stake, the faster the fire ring can be closed and the quicker the player has the chance to GO FOR GOLD. New for the Feria International del Juego was the installation of GO FOR GOLD right between two V24 slots. This means that we now have the GO FOR GOLD bonus game feature for their slots in bars as well.

In the company experience, how did you see the fair this year?

In our opinion, the Spanish show has turned the corner – and its importance and popularity are rising again. We at AMATIC place great emphasis on the Spanish market and so we were very pleased to be a part of this show together with COMATEL. We have been working together with COMATEL for many years and so our gaming products are well established in the Spanish market. Our success has its roots through the merit of our partner.

What are the plans and objectives for 2017?

Our plan is to continue to support our local partner COMATEL as much as we can. Our focus will for sure be on ensuring that we can match the demand for the GO FOR GOLD bonus game together with the V24 cabinet. The feedback was the Spanish show aligned our plans and expectations here.

How do you see the gambling market in Spain?

The Spanish market is one of the largest in Europe. Demand for excellent quality gaming solutions exists and we will continue to ensure that our innovations reach the players there. We enjoy great respect here – which we have earned throughout the years.
