Atrient presented its Poker Kiosk in Juegos MiamiUnited States 08 Jun 2017
(Miami, Soloazar Exclusive).- On its debut at Juegos Miami, Atrient presented its promotional kiosks. “We want to know more about the Latin American market, its casinos and the different companies that participate at this show in order to have a stronger presence in the area,” said Wendy Pérez, Representative of the firm.
Atrient offers custom developed software solutions and also has a suite of applications developed exclusively for Gaming Operators. Power Kiosk is an interactive and automated customer service product for the gaming floor. With this system, customers can offer their players dynamic new ways to interact with the casinos. Compatible with all patron management systems, Power Kiosk can be deployed directly on mobile devices, on video screens of video slot machines and on the standalone kiosks.
Perez added that, with their promotional kiosks, they can offer rewards to the players and they can also identify how they spend the money in order to offer customized offers. “These machines, combined with the gaming system, can obtain more information, so the rewards offered are according to their needs and tastes,” she commented.
Then she affirmed that the company has presence in all America, including Aruba and the Caribbean, and now they are introducing their products in the Latin American market specifically. They are also present in Australia and Asia.
“We achieved our goals in Juegos Miami. This is our first time here and we want to know more about the people and the casinos in Latin America. We have seen that there are a lot of mini-casinos there, and they have small machines. So we want to know about their needs,” she said.
“With regard to the show format, we like the fact that visitors are decisión-making executives. That is very positive. I would just say that it was a little disorganized, but it will surely change in time. I think this is a very good event in order to meet people from the industry,” she added.
When consulted about the future plans of the company, Pérez assured that Atrient is growing rapidly in many markets, and now it seeks to focus in Latin America and Asia. “We have more than 100 gambling venues in the US, and up to 5,000, 6,000 machines and they have our product (between 100 and 200 kiosks). However, our aim is to be everywhere.”
Atrient will participate in the following shows: G2E, NIGA, and it is evaluating which events assist in Latin America.
