Scientific Games exhibited the integration of all its gaming solutions at ICE
(London, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Matías Domingo, Scientific Games Sales Director, granted an interview to SoloAzar. He discussed the Company’s game solutions introduced at the London show as well as the plans for the current year and the challenges the firm has to face in Latin America, among other issues.
“Scientific Games is exhibiting the integration of all the gaming solutions: the leadership in sports books, its successful slot games, the continued integration of the table game and Shuffle Master products, everything related to online gaming, as well as the solutions in systems," said Matías Domingo.
He then made an evaluation of the participation of the company at the recent ICE show: “We are very satisfied. The ICE show never ceases to amaze me, first of all because of its volume and because it is at the forefront of the gaming industry. I see the presence of the online gaming operators as well as the land-based operators, which also enable us to think about this evolution as well as in the integration of all the solutions that we offer for the entertainment sector. Today we can talk to customers and cover nearly the entire spectrum of the gaming experience, including slots, table games, sportsbooks, online gaming."
When talking about the markets in which the firm is present, he evaluated the following: “Latin America is always a challenge for us. Despite areas of instability in the region, when we think about the future we are optimistic. We are at the forefront of games development, which enables us to be one of the leaders of the industry, both regarding the continuous innovation of our products and in the integration of all the solutions. The path is the integration, in order to be able to offer the customer all the tools available to improve the offer and make it more attractive for the player."
When consulted about the performance of the company in 2018, he said: “We had an excellent 2018. It was a great year for us. We managed to exceed expectations, and this year we have the same goals. We have constant challenges in the always-changing world in the business sector, which gets more and more competitive, and you have to be very creative and be connected to the customers. "
“As part of our commitment with our customers, we have planned to organize events in Colombia and Peru. We also expect to repeat the success obtained last year at our Argentina event, so we will be present in each of these countries. And finally, we are evaluating the possibility of adding Chile to the list."
With regard to the goals for the current year, he pointed: “At Scientific Games we have consolidated in Latin America, with a team full of passion, enthusiasm and dedication. It is a market with ups and downs, but a very attractive one."
Scientific Games booth this year was featured behind closed doors: “Although it was a risky bet which was introduced at the G2E Las Vegas show, our customer feedback has been spectacular. That's why we repeated the experience in London. The main goal of this new configuration is to maximize customer experience, apart from the general movement of the event."
