(Missouri).- The Missouri casino industry reported a total adjusted gross revenue (AGR) of $177.9 million in March 2025, reflecting a 1% rise compared to the same period last year, according to new data from the Missouri Gaming Commission.

Only a Few Casinos Saw Growth Despite Statewide Increase
Although the overall figure showed a modest gain, just five of the state’s casino properties posted year-over-year increases. Century Casino Caruthersville led the pack, recording a 17% rise in AGR, bringing in $5.5 million. River City Casino in St. Louis followed with an 8% jump, generating $24.7 million for the month.
In St. Louis, Horseshoe Casino also saw growth, with AGR reaching $14.9 million, up 7% from March 2024. Meanwhile, Hollywood Casino and Isle of Capri Casino posted smaller increases of 4% and 1%, respectively, ending the month with $22.6 million and just over $8 million.
Ameristar St. Charles Tops AGR but Stays Flat
Ameristar St. Charles generated the highest revenue among all properties in the state, with $26.5 million in AGR. However, its year-over-year change was minimal—up by less than $100,000 compared to March 2024.
Century Casino Cape posted the sharpest decline, down 8% year-over-year to $6.3 million. Argosy Casino & Hotel dropped 6% to $15.4 million, and Bally’s Kansas City fell 2% to $12.3 million. Harrah’s Kansas City saw a 1% decline to nearly $15.2 million, and Mark Twain Casino slipped by 5%, reporting $3.3 million in AGR.
