GAT Caribe brings together leaders of the regional gaming industry in Punta Cana

(Punta Cana).- The organizers of this exclusive business event that bets on great opportunities in the gaming markets in the Caribbean are ready to receive entrepreneurs from renowned Dominican and multinational companies who will share in GAT Caribe on June 1 and 2 , a complete program that includes academy, exhibition and networking.

GAT Caribe brings together leaders of the regional gaming industry in Punta Cana

The leaders of the unions Dominican Association of Casinos of Games ADCJ, Dominican Association of Sports Banks ADOBAD and the National Federation of Lottery Banks FENABANCA and their affiliates, are prepared to attend the commercial meeting of the gambling industry that will take place at the end of the week, for the third time at The Westin Puntacana Resort & Club.

GAT Caribe begins on June 1 with a networking event in which visiting executives from more than 40 companies with interests in the local casino and betting markets in the Dominican Republic will participate, as well as those representing international companies in Central America and other jurisdictions of the Antilles.

José Aníbal Aguirre, CEO of Gaming & Technology Expo states: “We are convinced that this effort is worth it. We are supported by the unprecedented reactivation figures issued by the Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic, since between January and April 2023, 2,757,810 tourists have arrived in the country, breaking historical records, including 2019, and the casino sector and hospitality, obviously, are undeniable winners as direct players in the comprehensive entertainment offer that travelers are looking for. This justifies investments and expansion of portfolios and technology.”

Dominican industry will be a leading actor in Punta Cana

The central part of Gaming & Technology Expo Caribe 2023 will be on Friday, June 2, beginning with the morning conferences with speakers David Moniz from ADCJ, Juan Antonio de Jesús from FENABANCA and Leonardo Lantigua from ADOBAD. The panel titled "Casino Market Update in the Caribbean" will be relevant for the future of this gaming vertical that every day has more marketing strategies to attract thousands of tourists in the Caribbean. The invited panelists are Jorge Gómez, CEO IGC; Igor Cimerman, Director Latam Zuum; Manuel Del Sol, Director for the Caribbean of Novomatic; Alexander Rodríguez Illera, Director for the Caribbean of Alfastreet, José Aníbal Aguirre, CEO GAT EXPO and will be moderated by David Moniz from the ADCJ.

 Another of the forums in the morning will deal with games of skill, eSports and virtual reality. They will exchange knowledge and concepts Milton Gómez, Director for the Dominican Republic of Golden Race; Nathalie Barreto, Mobadoo eSports Account Executive; Oscar Murueta CEO SIS; Emilio F. Escamilla, Checkin.com and Francisco Pérez from Juancito Sport.

The topic "Regulatory Advances in the Dominican Republic" will have the president of FENABANCA and special guests as panelists.

Launches of cutting-edge platforms at GAT Caribe

An innovation is the launch of TodoMás, a multi-service network that will be released, offering great facilities to Dominicans for commercial transactions, betting and much more.

The academic agenda includes the conference "The mutual betting system: the international common fund of the PMU" by Ramy Belhachmi, general director for the Dominican Republic of the prestigious French horse betting company for mutual PMU, prepared to offer a portfolio of novel proposals for bettors.
