GAT Events announces the Latin American Summit of Associations: A new space for regional cooperation in the gaming sector

(Mexico City) – GAT Events, the organizer of GAT Expo CDMX 2025, announces the Latin American Summit of Associations, a high-level event taking place on August 27 and 28, 2025, at Expo Santa Fe, Mexico City. This summit will mark the launch of a permanent platform aimed at fostering strategic cooperation and dialogue among the leading gaming industry associations in Latin America and the Caribbean.

The Latin American Summit of Associations aims to address key industry issues, such as the need for regulatory adaptation, pillars of sustainability, combating illegal gambling, innovation, and technological challenges. It also seeks to provide a unified voice for government agencies and society at large, strengthening the sector's position and generating harmonious solutions to current challenges.
The event will feature the participation of important associations and unions in the region, such as AIEJA (Mexico), ADCJ (Dominican Republic), APOJA (Paraguay), CIBELAE, FECOLJUEGOS (Colombia), CORNAZAR (Colombia) and SONAJA (Peru) .
Evert Montero Cárdenas, President of Fecoljuegos (Colombia), thematic curator and coordinator, comments: “I thank GAT for launching this valuable initiative and for trusting me to serve as curator and coordinator of this summit.
