2 minutos de lectura
(Miami, SoloAzar Exclusive).- After being part of the SBC Summit Latinoamérica, Mateo Lenoble, Regional Sales Director of Sportradar LatAm shares with us some key points of the company's participation in the event and highlights Brazil as an important market to conquer.

The latest edition of the SBC Summit Latinoamérica that took place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Miami was very important for Sportradar for several reasons. In this sense, Mateo Lenoble, Regional Sales Director of Sportradar LatAm explains that “The SBC Summit LatAm is an excellent opportunity to build relationships and explore opportunities in the region. While it’s hard to single out just one activity, I can say that the panel "Brazil's Betting Boom – What's Next for the Market?" stood out as a rich and insightful discussion, especially relevant to the Latin American landscape”.
And added “The opening and closing parties were also particularly effective, providing a more relaxed and engaging atmosphere to connect with industry peers. These moments perfectly complemented the structured networking activities during the summit, allowing us to exchange insights and explore potential collaborations.
I truly appreciated how the event highlighted the unique dynamics and opportunities within the region. The combination of well-curated sessions and informal gatherings created an ideal platform to strengthen existing relationships and establish new ones, while addressing the challenges and innovations shaping the industry. SBC's dedication to fostering meaningful dialogue and creating an inclusive networking environment made this edition especially valuable for Sportradar and our LATAM-focused strategy”.

The role of conferences
What insights can you take away from your participation in the Conferences of the event?
The conferences were an outstanding opportunity to delve into key industry discussions, with this edition addressing some of the most relevant topics for Latin America. Brazil, as one of the most prominent markets in the region, naturally featured heavily in these conversations, offering insights into its rapid growth and future potential under the new regulatory framework.

Furthermore, Lenoble explains that “Sportradar was honored to contribute to the panel Attracting Players: Strategies for Driving Traffic Acquisition in LatAm During this session, we highlighted our role in supporting operators by offering innovative product solutions that enhance player retention and drive sustainable growth. By leveraging player data and activity and combining it with advanced automation tools, operators can develop more effective, personalized marketing campaigns. This approach not only strengthens acquisition strategies but also builds long-term loyalty among bettors.
"The event underscored the critical importance of innovation and localization in addressing the challenges of narrowing margins, rising costs, and increasing competition. For Sportradar, these discussions validated our commitment to providing data-driven solutions tailored to the unique dynamics of the Latin American market, enabling operators to thrive and achieve sustainable growth in this competitive environment."
The importance of the Brazilian market
Which Latin American market do you see as the most promising for your company's growth and what are the factors or variables that influence this analysis?
Brazil stands out as the most promising market for Sportradar’s growth in Latin America. The recent regulation of the sports betting industry is a game-changer, paving the way for more structured development and significant opportunities for operators and service providers alike. This regulatory framework not only creates a more secure and transparent environment but also opens the door for sustainable growth in the sector.
To illustrate the potential, over 22 million people placed bets in Brazil in September alone, showcasing the country's immense appetite for sports betting. Sportradar’s commitment to this market was further reinforced by signing the ACT (Technical Cooperation Agreement) with the Brazilian Ministry of Finance, a pivotal step in strengthening our presence and showcasing our dedication to integrity and compliance within the market.
Finally, Mateo says that “This agreement reflects our long-term vision to support the country’s betting ecosystem with cutting-edge technology and data-driven solutions that enhance operations, player engagement, and market integrity. The combination of a highly engaged sports audience, strong market potential, and a regulatory environment that fosters growth positions Brazil as a cornerstone of our LATAM strategy”.
