SoloAzar habló en exclusiva con Jaime Bonet, Sales Manager bei, sobre su participación. “NOVOMATIC Smartweek fue una herramienta perfecta para encontrarse con los clientes e intercambiar opiniones y conocer algunos productos y servicios nuevos e interesantes”, dijo.
¿Cómo fue su participación en NOVOMATIC Smartweek?
Excelente, en primer lugar debo decir que el equipo de NOVOMATIC organizó una Smartweek perfecta! Tuvimos excelentes interacciones con el personal y los clientes de NOVOMATIC durante el evento y tuvimos la oportunidad de presentar nuestra solución Ticket2Go™ y responder preguntas de los clientes en tiempo real, lo cual fue de gran valor para nosotros. Todo estuvo muy bien coordinado y funcionó sin problemas.
¿Qué opina del evento y qué conclusiones puede sacar?
La situación actual, ya que todavía estamos saliendo de los bloqueos causados por COVID-19, todavía dificulta las reuniones en persona, especialmente con clientes y colegas internacionales. Por tanto, NOVOMATIC Smartweek es una muy buena alternativa. Gracias a este evento, conocimos a mucha gente e hicimos negocios. Mi conclusión es que NOVOMATIC Smartweek fue una herramienta perfecta para conocer a los clientes e intercambiar opiniones y conocer algunos productos y servicios nuevos e interesantes.
¿Encuentras ventajas en los eventos virtuales? ¿Cree que seguirán existiendo cuando finalice el riesgo de la pandemia?
Personalmente, prefiero encontrarme con los clientes cara a cara, ya que creo que puedo construir una relación más sólida de esa manera, pero NOVOMATIC Smartweek brindó una excelente alternativa que fue la solución perfecta para la situación actual: conocer gente, mostrar productos y charlar. Espero que en un futuro próximo podamos reanudar las reuniones presenciales y las ferias comerciales en la vida real una vez que sea seguro hacerlo.
