What have been the highlights of 2023?

For CT Interactive 2023 was successful in terms of increasing brand presence and entering new territories. We increased brand visibility and visited key exhibitions, where we strengthened our relationships with partners, met new clients and showcased our latest products. During this year’s BEGE Awards the company won two prestigious awards. Our game “Treasure Chase” was honored with the title of “Online Game of the Year”, while CT Interactive itself was recognized as the “Online Provider of the Year”. These awards not only proved our company’s commitment to excellence but also highlighted its significant contributions to the online gaming industry.

You have also won Executive of the Year at prestigious BEGE Awards, tell us more about this honour.

I am very happy with the award, but let me specify that it is not personal, but is in fact a token of recognition for the entire and truly remarkable team of CT Interactive. For me it is a pleasure, to lead specialists who are always able to find innovative solutions with a focus on the customer and thus achieve an unsurpassed added value of our products and services.

What are the expectations for the games of chance industry in 2024 and how do you plan to deal with them?

In 2024, the gaming industry is expected to continue growing and evolving. Regulatory changes, technological advancements, and new market opportunities will shape the industry’s future. CT Interactive will remain at the forefront of these changes by staying up to date with the latest industry developments and adapting its strategies and products accordingly. I believe that regions that will grow massively in the next year are Eastern Europe and Latin America and that is why we will focus a lot of our efforts there.

What possibilities and perspectives does the development of technology; artificial intelligence give the industry?

I would like to point out that it is the development of technology and highly qualified specialists in Bulgaria that have contributed to our country becoming a technological hub for the world's leading companies in the gaming sector. And this has stimulated the growth of the Bulgarian economy. Technological innovation plays a key role in improving the industry's work processes. Artificial intelligence is used to analyse end-user habits to ensure a pleasant experience, while also helping to identify problematic behaviour.

What strategies and projects do you have for next year?

For next year our brand will increase its content with amazing new slot games. We plan to release modern slots with sharp designs and also to increase the offering of the classical slot games. The aim of CT Interactive is to develop and offer new solutions that cater to the newest trends in the sector and satisfy different groups of customers. We want to increase our presence at the markets we are active at and penetrate new territories.
