(Lima, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Mateo Lenoble, Regional Sales Director LATAM at Sportradar was interviewed by SoloAzar about the prescence of the firma at the Peru Gaming Show (PGS) which took place in Lima, Perú from June 14 to 15.

Sportradar, the leading global sports technology company creating immersive experiences for sports fans and bettors, showcased their products and services at the 20th edition of the PGS event in Lima, Perú. SoloAzar made an interview to Mateo Lenoble, Regional Sales Director LATAM at Sportradar, who remarked the importance of being present at this important and worldwide event in Peru, as a perfect place to do networking. He also talked about the innovations technologies they are working on in the LATAM market.

What novelties did you present in this edition? Why did you decide to present this specific product/service in the LATAM market?
We were excited to attend this year’s Peru Gaming Show. Sportradar is always ready to show our products and services including Managed Betting Services – presenting the latest products and services outlining how they will benefit operators; Fan engagement – highlighting how engagement through AV and ad:ssolutions can help operators acquire new customers, offer an enhanced customer experience and drive growth.
What were the highlights of this 20th edition of PGS (in terms of novelties, for example, the networking day, or any specific topic of the conferences)?
PGS Lima 2023 is the largest gaming event in Peru. An event that turns 20 certainly has a lot of prestige in the sector and is the perfect platform to connect to everyone involved in the iGaming and sports betting industry ecosystem. I use to say that Sportradar participation is crucial, it is always good, especially for networking, which allows us to expand relationships and build trust alongside our partners.
Did you find Perú as a potential market for your products and/or services?
Latin America is a focus for the company. Regarding the region, Brazil is naturally the main market due to the size of the country and population, but we see a huge potential in the Peruvian market.
Next challenges in the Latam market?
Latin America is growing very fast. It is about not only Brazil but also Argentina, Peru, Mexico, etc. This is the fastest-growing region and we are present in every country where it is possible. Sportradar has an office in Montevideo, Uruguay, to adequately serve the Latin American market.
The Montevideo office is one of the group's largest in the world and is strategic at an operational level. It produces data for the rest of our offices to provide to our clients. We have a lot of experience in LATAM so we are helping operators with our knowledge in order to grow together. Some operators know the market very well and others want to enter because they know it is a big market.
We are here to support everyone and we are having great success. Our mission as a company is to enhance the way the world experiences sports, and so our focus is on supporting our clients and partners to deliver improved engagement with their sports and to make them more accessible to fans worldwide. We are also focused on innovation and developing technologies that will help our clients achieve growth. The automation of our trading processes is a significant area for us.
Next events SR will attend.
Sportradar is present at all the main events in the sector. This year, we are having a full schedule. We were at PGS and BiS SIGMA Americas last month. At SBC Miami we will certainly be there supporting the region as always.
