Under Ordinance SPA/MF No. 561, the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) presents a detailed regulatory agenda, promising to transform and strengthen the betting industry in Brazilian soil.

With a action plan divided into four phases until July 2024, the goal is to establish a safe, transparent, and efficient betting environment.

The schedule starts with immediate measures to be implemented by the end of April, followed by subsequent stages until May and June, culminating in July. This includes defining general rules for betting operators, security criteria for betting systems, and guidelines for the certification of gaming laboratories and studios.

Furthermore, it temphasize transparency and responsibility, with specific regulations to combat money laundering and protect bettors' rights. The focus is on responsible gaming, ensuring that the benefits of the industry are shared in a scheduled and transparent manner with society.
