Casino ADMIRAL Mendrisio nominated for World Casino Awards 2023

(Mendrisio).- For the second consecutive year, ADMIRAL Casino Mendrisio has been nominated for the World Casino Awards in the category “Europe’s Best Casino Entertainment Venue 2023”. This marks the third nomination within a single year for the Mendrisiotto gaming house.
In December 2022, it was nominated for the World Casino Awards; in May 2023, it received the “Excellent” quality seal at the Swiss Location Awards, and it is currently in the running again for the title of Europe’s Best Casino Entertainment Venue 2023 at the World Casino Awards.
Last year, the title was won by the Casino of Monte Carlo, which is again a contender for this coveted award, along with casinos in Barcelona, Malta, Basel, and Bad Homburg. “This nomination stands as a testament to the dedication and hard work of the entire staff at the casino, who strive daily to establish the ADMIRAL Casino as a leading gaming destination in Switzerland and Europe”, says Birgit Wimmer, Chairwoman of the Non-Executive Board ACE Swiss Casino AG, holding company and a sister company to NOVOMATIC AG.
Casino ADMIRAL Mendrisio boasts an extensive array of gaming experiences. This includes 10 American Roulette tables, 5 Punto Banco tables, 4 Blackjack tables, 2 Ultimate Texas Hold’em tables, 6 Poker Cash Game tables, and 14 tournament Poker tables; these host the weekly Admiral Poker Room tournaments and major poker events such as La Notte degli Assi, IPO Master, and the Swiss Championship of Poker.
In addition to the table offerings, there are 336 Slot Machines and 63 Jackpot Slots, featuring the Mendrisio Jackpot and the Admiral Jackpot, reaching up to 500,000 CHF. The venue is further enhanced by two Admiral Cafés, the Admiral Restaurant, with a menu highlighting seasonal delicacies, and the Admiral Bistrot, offering a lavish buffet, daily specials, and the classic Bistrot Menu.
