Cirsa acquires a casino in Mexico for USD 11.25 M and two Italian companies

(Barcelona).- The iGaming company Cirsa has started the year with three international growth operations, with the incorporation of a casino in Tuxtla (México) for usd 11.25m and the purchase of two Italian companies: an online sports betting one and the other of gaming machines.
The Spanish multinational company controlled by the Blackstone fund continues with its goal of expanding into other markets, and in 2022 included the casino in Tangier (Morocco) and a majority stake in the Italian online gaming company E-Play24, as well as the Mexican Ganabet, the fifth largest online bookmaker in the American country.
It also incorporated the Italian startup Go Goal, dedicated to the sports betting sector, and signed a sponsorship agreement (through the Sportium brand) with Manchester City for Latin America.
During 2023, the Spanish company adds the incorporation of a casino in Mexico, and two Italian online sports betting and slots machine companies.
