Gaming Board in New York to Announce Decision on Three Casino Licenses

(New York).- Members of the New York Gaming Facility Location Board will meet to vote on awarding three new licenses to operate casinos in the city. The meeting is being held today at the CUNY Graduate Center in Midtown.
The proposed casinos include Bally's proposed casino in the Bronx on a former golf course owned by President Donald Trump, Hard Rock's pitch to open a complex next to Citi Field in Queens and Resort World's attempt to expand their facility at the Aqueduct Racetrack.
Earlier in November, the board made on-site visits to all proposed casino locations ahead of its meeting on Monday to issue recommendations for new licenses.
The board meeting is open to the public, and doors will open at 9:30 a.m. More information can be found on the NY Gaming Facility Location Board website.
