(Mexico City, SoloAzar Exclusive).- At GAT Expo Mexico, 21Viral made a powerful impression through strategic networking, insightful participation, and a clear vision for growth across Latin America. Luz Serna, Head of Sales LatAm (i Gaming), highlighted the event’s rich academic content and the valuable alliances formed with key operators and stakeholders in the Mexican gaming industry.
From engaging in forward-thinking discussions to reinforcing partnerships—especially with the women’s gaming association—21Viral’s presence in GAT Mexico underscored its commitment to innovation, collaboration, and regional expansion.
21 Viral: Interesting alliances and connections at GAT Mexico
“The event was well thought out in terms of academic content with speakers well versed in the most pressing topics of today and from which very good alliances emerged that benefit the industry.” Said Luz Serna when asked about the firm’s experience at the show.
“We would rate it highly because it actually exceeded our expectations and we had the opportunity to make very good connections with many people in the industry, especially those operators and important figures in the Mexican industry. It was quite interesting in terms of business in the new trends in Latin America,” she added.
Proactive participation at the show
“We could describe it as proactive assistance in the sense of participation in conferences, creation of connections, interaction with entrepreneurs, suppliers, operators, other visitors, and above all, the solidarity with which we colleagues work, working in partnership as we do from our aggregator company with the women's gaming association, in which we give each other a lot of support in every way,” Luz said.
New technologies and regulation in Mexico
Luz pointed that she sees many opportunities in the Mexican gaming and betting market, both in landbased and online casinos. “Operators are betting on new technologies for updating, optimizing and taking their salas to a new level,” she assured.
“With respect to the challenges, it is definitely the regulation and how to operate within certain limitations. But there are more positive things that definitely become investment and operating opportunities for many in the market.”
21Viral expansion in Latam
“We have only been structuring and expanding our company in Latin America for a year, and now in Central America specifically, so it is still a new market, not an unknown territory because we have already had certain approaches, but they always come with interesting challenges and the opportunity to consolidate businesses that we had pending within Mexican market with very good omens. We already have a history with clients in this area and we can say that we feel quite comfortable and satisfied with the process and the results.”
21Viral goals and achievements
“Objectives achieved!!!, all of them on many levels,” Luz exclaimed with joy. “This visit was quite productive and leads us to confirm our initial expansion plan for the Latin American market, in the short and long term we will definitely continue doing business with different operators from the smallest to the largest and giving different options as an aggregator platform to facilitate the processes of integration, because that is why we are here to make their lives much easier and thus help them get money in a short time,” she concluded.
