Atlaslive Recaps ICE Barcelona 2026: Regulation, Player Trust, and Smarter Product Delivery

Global B2B iGaming technology provider Atlaslive has wrapped up a productive week at ICE Barcelona 2026, where global gaming leaders gathered at Fira Barcelona Gran Via (19–21 January) to discuss the industry’s priorities for the year ahead.

Now firmly established as a key meeting point for iGaming stakeholders, ICE Barcelona’s agenda placed strong emphasis on regulatory evolution, safer gaming, and the growing need for product ecosystems that scale across markets without sacrificing player protection. The event’s official programme highlighted topics including global policy direction and compliance frameworks at the World Regulatory Briefing, alongside workshops on safer gaming, cybercrime & fraud, and the iGaming customer journey.

For Atlaslive, the conversations reinforced a clear direction: operators are increasingly aligning growth plans with platform capabilities that support regulated expansion, risk control, and user experience improvements delivered faster and more consistently.

Company representatives also gave several interviews at ICE Barcelona, covering operations, marketing, security, compliance, and responsible gaming.

“ICE Barcelona made it clear that the industry is entering a much more structured and mature phase,” said Anastasiia Poltavets, CMO at Atlaslive. “The focus is shifting from experimentation to efficiency—how fast you can launch, how well you can scale, and how confidently you can operate in regulated environments.”

During the event, Atlaslive engaged with operators and industry partners discussing market entry requirements, data and infrastructure readiness, and the operational realities of long-term retention, including the need to reduce friction in journeys such as onboarding, payments, and player support. The team also exchanged insights on modern compliance expectations and the role of responsible gaming tools as part of everyday platform UX, not standalone add-ons.

As the industry enters 2026 with continued regulatory change and rising user expectations, Atlaslive will continue focusing on platform development that supports operators with compliance readiness, safer play tooling, and fast delivery of product experiences across regulated markets.
