(Barcelona).- Fira de Barcelona will be, in September 2020, the venue of a sportsbetting event, Betting on Sports, which, on September 17-20 this year celebrates its fourth edition at Olympia stadium in London, UK.

Barcelona to host Betting on Sports event in September 2020

Betting Sports --an event for professionals from the betting, gaming and sports world, will be held in Barcelona to boost its international expansion, according to organizer Sports Betting Community (SBC) in a press release and according to information at 'Joc privat' magazine.

This event receives speakers from 60 different countries every year, and has experimented a 50% growth in every edition since the first one, held in 2016.
SBC CEO and Founder, Rasmus Sojmark, has explained that Barcelona has been chosen "due to its first-star hotels as well as its transport connections," and the attractions the city offers. "On top of the growth of the betting and gaming sector in Spain, Barcelona was an easy decision to take," he has affirmed.

Betting Sports 2020 will take place September 8-11 at Fira de Barcelona and will count with more speakers than in previous editions, which will consolidate the event, according to the organizers, as "one of the greatest meetings of betting experts of the industry."
