⏱ 2 min read
(Sofia, SoloAzar Exclusive) - Zitro, a company specialising in the development of cabinets and a wide portfolio of games and video bingo, was present at the Balkan Entertainment and Gaming Expo (BEGE). Sebastian Salat, International President of the company shared his vision and analysis of the achievements obtained there and its expansion projects that strengthen its global presence in the sector.
The 15th edition of BEGE took place from 27th to 28th November at the Inter Expo Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this context, Sebastian Salat, Zitro's International President, began the interview by reflecting on the significance of the company's participation in the event, and praised the fair as a well-established event in Europe. He highlighted the uniqueness of BEGE compared to larger shows such as ICE: “We appreciate that BEGE offers a more intimate environment compared to larger events such as ICE, providing valuable opportunities for meaningful interactions with our customers”.
Commenting on the growing presence of international exhibitors at BEGE, where more than 80 companies participated, Salat said that “it highlights their growing importance on the European stage”. He added that Zitro's presence reflects its commitment to global leadership in the sector, consolidating its position in growing markets such as the Balkans and Eastern Europe.

Which products stood out in your booth during this edition of BEGE? What feedback did you receive from the attendees?
At BEGE, we showcased games compatible with both the CONCEPT and GLARE cabinet lines, highlighting the seamless adaptability of our games across these platforms. Among the titles presented, Legendary Sword and Triple Charm Journey stood out for their innovative gameplay mechanics, paired with the stunning visuals, animations, and sound that distinguish Zitro's games.
I’d also like to highlight Mega Lounge, which received an overwhelmingly positive response. Attendees praised not only its fast-paced rewards but also the unique communal celebration aspect, which creates a uniquely gratifying experience for players.
What are your goals for the future, taking into account the new business connections gained here in the Balkan region?
Although Zitro is a relatively young company, we have successfully tailored our offerings to meet players' preferences across diverse regions worldwide. In Bulgaria and the Balkans, we are committed to delivering exceptional games that help operators boost their profitability. Our efforts have already yielded positive results in Bulgaria, as well as in Greece, Cyprus, and Croatia. Building on the momentum from this event, we look forward to expanding our presence in even more casinos throughout the region.
