Brazilian Gaming Congress starts its second day in San Pablo

(Sao Paulo).- The 6th edition of Brazilian Gaming Congress, taking place on 23-25 June 2019 in São Paulo, focuses on issues like: fixed-odds sports betting, integrated resort casinos and lottery privatization, all up for discussion within the Brazilian government.

Brazilian Gaming Congress starts its second day in San Pablo

Now in its 6th edition, BgC, organized by Clarion Gaming, aims to help attendees plan their strategy for online and land-based sports betting as it becomes regulated over the period of the next two to four years.


This year’s agenda focuses on expert speakers addressing issues such as the opportunities for sports sponsorships for operators; prospective licensing conditions for online sports betting; how taxation will work; the practicalities of running a business in Brazil; and the opportunities for land-based casino operators.


It further includes long-form sessions to support unrivaled access to speakers and the chance for all participants to be heard and provided with solutions for all their business needs.

Among the speakers are Hard Rock International SVP of Casino Operations Alex Pariente; Camara dos Deputados of Brazil's Deputado Federal Evandro Roman, Sense4Gaming owner Robert Brassai.


Georges Didier, representative of Government Relations and Business Development for GLI Latin America, will participate in two informative panels. Today, at 4pm, he will moderate a panel on the issue: “Resposible gaming in traditional and online gaming operations: Educating customers in segure gaming,” with the participation of Joseph Levy, CEO of PMU Brazil and y Cynthia Fragoso, AIEJA member.
