Lecturer in Gambling at the University of Malta, recently Dr. Joseph Borg had a huge success at Sigma 2018, one of the most anticipated conferences on the synergy between iGaming and Blockchain Technology. Our guest served in his native country as the Chief Director of the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority (MGA), in addition was co-Founder and Vice-President of Bitmalta. He was also member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Gaming Regulators (IAGR) in the same country.
