Chalkline Group CEO talked about the changes in sportsbooks in US

(US, SoloAzar Exclusive).- As part of the webinar series organized by Chalkline Sports, yesterday it was held the "Update of the sportsbook industry- May 2020". Daniel Kustelski, CEO de Chalkline Sports, talked about the sportsbook and games of chance industry in the US, considering the current situation of pandemics that started 6 weeks ago due to Covid-19.
At the beginning of the talk, three positive issues were highlighted:
-Some sports came back: Nascar returned with records of rating on TV and a lot of activity from viewers in social networks. Arkansas Derby Special horse races and the German Football League, that beated records on TV.
-Another positive issue was that the industry has achieved to adapt to the new normal, and organized virtual seminars such as ICE North America, SBC Digital Summit, FSGA Seminars, which offer the chance to connect with friends and colleagues.
Daniel Kustelski talks about the changes on the sportsbooks and games of chance industry.
Numbers to watch:
-The regulatory frame in US: 22 states have regulated sportsbooks in the 22 months after PASPA approval.
-30 million sports bettors will make their first lega bet within the next 3 to 5 years.
-The sportsbook activity is legal and live in 18 states so far, according to AGA, which also informed 889 closed casinos and 100 open casinos.
Kustelsky then talked about the current situation of states such as Luisiana and Colorado.
Kustelsky gave threee tips for operators:
1) Help your state to go ahead During the pandemics, online casinos and lotteries are operating very well.
2) Marketing: We have to do more with less
-He analyzed where the customers come from (online or traditional).
He affirmed that most of the customers so far provide from retail.
"The recommendation is that you engage with your data base before generating a new base, which is five times more expensive. Besides, it is probable that your own data base engages more, it recommends to others and tries new products."
-At the moment of reopening, you have to share information about how you protect health and security.
-Appreciate actively your customers and they will appreciate you.
