CT Gaming shows next-level of innovations at Entertainment Arena Expo 2023 in Romania

How are you preparing for the 15th edition of EAE and what are your expectations?

I must admit it's always a real rush of excitement and anticipation. Our team has been working around the clock, ensuring that every detail is perfect. We're aiming to create an experience that's not just about showcasing products but about building connections and understanding the evolving needs of the gaming community in Romania.

A key landmark for us this year was the certification, known as Type of Approval, of our Diamond King I multigame. With its recent entry into the Romanian market, the response has been overwhelmingly positive. This certification opens up a whole range of opportunities for new collaborations and partnerships. With this in mind, our expectations for the Expo are twofold. Firstly, we anticipate establishing new partnerships and expanding our customer base, especially with the buzz around Diamond King I. Secondly, we're looking forward to the show as a dynamic venue for exchanging expertise, where we can both share our insights and learn from the best in the indsutry. I truly believe that it's not just about doing business, but more about mutual growth, understanding the dynamics of the market and, of course, having a bit of fun in the middle of it all!

What novelties are you planning to launch at this edition of EAE 2023?

Well, without giving away too much (got to keep some surprises, right?), I can tell you that we're unveiling some of our most innovative products yet. Our NEXT cabinet and the EZ MODULO™ series are just the tip of the iceberg. And then there's the Diamond King multigame series which we believe are going to be a game-changer.

We're particularly excited about the brand new multigame, Diamond King III. It is making it's debut on the Romanian market and it's packed with fresh new titles, some of them specially designed keeping in mind the preferences and tastes of the Romanian gaming community. I truly believe that Diamond King III, with its 50 fresh games, including the classic trio of the beloved and legendary Mega Jack, along with 20 games linked to the 3-level progressive Diamond Tree Jackpot, will be a showstopper. 

Last but not least, we've got an exclusive giveaway and a booth filled with treats and fresh drinks.

What does the Romanian public like most about your products/services?

The Romanian gaming community has always had a strong sense of quality and innovation. They've shown great  love for our Diamond King I multigame, especially games like Duck of Luck, 40 Treasures, and Lucky Clover. They have become favorites with their blend of engaging concepts,  graphics, and the thrill of the Diamond Tree Jackpot. It is their feedback and enthusiasm that drives us to keep pushing the boundaries.

But it's not just about the games.  Our NEXT cabinet, equipped with two 27" HD monitors, an enlarged CMS panel, advanced technology and an exciting multigames feature set, is proof of our desire for innovation and going beyond just the great experience. It's these kinds of nuances that I believe elevate the gaming experience for our customers.

It is also difficult not to mention our Casino Management System, which is an all-in-one solution for the gaming halls. With it's holistic approach, it has changed the game for operators, making everything run smoothly and giving them real time insight. It's all about making sure that everything is running like a perfectly well-oiled engine, both for the players and for our partners.

What is your assessment of the company's performance at the events you attended during the first half of the year?

The first half of the year has been a rollercoaster, in a good way! Each event has been a blast and the response has been more than we would have hoped for. We opened the year with ICE London, which is always a massive event, where we showcased some of our latest developments, including our CMS with its latest features and functionalities. The Belgrade Future Gaming and the Peru Gaming Show were just as exciting for us. In Belgrade we had an opportunity to dive deep into the latest trends and innovations and to introduce Diamond King 3 for the very first time, and in Peru we presented some of our most successful products such as Diamond Tree 20 Games.

Overall, it was a great opportunity to build on what we've learnt and strengthen our key partnerships.
