(Sofia).- The company strengthens its presence in regulated Europe and LATAM, and accelerates its expansion in Africa with South Africa as a key strategic market.

CT Interactive successfully closed its participation in ICE Barcelona 2026 and advances in Africa

ICE Barcelona, one of the most relevant events in the iGaming industry, was key for CT Interactive to reaffirm its growth strategy in key markets such as regulated Europe and Latin America, while positioning Africa as a new priority region for its global expansion.

CT Interactive in Africa

This development builds on the company's recent entry into the Republic of South Africa through a strategic alliance with Aardvark Technologies. South Africa represents one of the largest and most developed gaming markets on the African continent, with a mature regulatory framework and strong demand in both online and retail channels. The country operates under a provincial licensing model, which requires individual approval from operators and games in each province.

CT Interactive is already operational in Mpumalanga, North West and Western Cape, and anticipates further launches in the Eastern Cape, Northern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal, which will further strengthen its position in the South African market.

In addition to growth in South Africa, the company announced significant progress in its African expansion. CT Interactive is preparing to go live with NETbet in Uganda, while ongoing integrations with Codium will enable access to new markets such as Liberia and Tanzania.

"ICE once again demonstrated that it is a key platform for establishing new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships. Presenting our long-term business vision was critical, with South Africa standing out as a particularly strategic market for us," said Antonio Donov, Head of Business Development EMEA and Asia at CT Interactive.

Martin Ivanov, Chief Operating Officer of CT Interactive, added: "Our ongoing integrations and upcoming launches in multiple African jurisdictions reflect our ambition to deliver certified, high-performing content, tailored to the specific needs of each market."

CT Interactive's successful participation in ICE solidifies its position as a leading provider of certified gaming content, driving sustainable growth and generating long-term value for both its partners and players.
