As an advance, he leaves us the following reflections:

3 - We understand that the provisional measure of the Brazilian government can be improved. As a first point of review that is necessary is the reduction of taxation to the sector. When dealing with electronic operations, if taxation is high, there may be reductions in premiums and competition with the international online market may not be successful. We also understand that the resources obtained from taxation must be shared with states and municipalities. Because the effects of this new economy and its impacts will be visualized in the communities and not in a federative legal fiction, which is the Union. Finally, it is necessary to better calibrate the rules that concern the integrity of the game.
