(Johannesburg, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Frank Herold, Emirat Business Development Director, granted an interview to SoloAzar in which he talked about the recent participation of the company in ICE Africa. "Africa is a big market for us," he affirmed.

Emirat presented its developments at recent ICE Africa

"We do insurance for lottery jackpots, for instant games, but we also do insurance for any marketing and sports idea you could have, so starting from insuring money bet guarantees, or any marketing activities you do, so not only lottery but also gaming and marketing," said Herold.

Founded in 2004 in Munich, Germany, EMIRAT has clients all over the world, "so we join several gaming shows, like ICE Africa. We were in ICE London, we joined the ICE Boston, and we will go to Latin America next year.  The firm has 15 years already, so we have a big experience not only in the lottery but also in the marketing worldwide. We have other dependences, for example in Dubai," Herold added.

"It is our second time in this show. We´ve been to Asia as well and it was amazing, with a very good quality and quantity of people joining the trade show, so we decided to return this year because last year was really good," he continued.

When asked to comment about the African market, he said: "We have had clients in the lottery and in the gaming market in South Africa for many years, so we see that there is a good development, but it is not only that we are here in South Africa for the South African market, we also go to NIgeria, to East Africa, to West Africa, to the other regions, so this is a kind of very important start point going to the African market. We'd like to see existing clients and also get new ones, so for us Africa is a big market."
