EXPOJOC Academy to provide training for gaming venue staff
⏱ 1 min read
(Valencia).- EXPOJOC , which will be held June 8 and 9, Hall 8 of Feria Valencia, is preparing many novelties for its next edition. One of them is the EXPOJOC Academy, a training program aimed at gaming venue staff.
During the first day of the event, professionals specialized in matters related to marketing, psychology, management of hospitality services, security and legislation will give master classes with an eminently practical nature.
Content related to how to improve the consumer experience, the risks associated with loss of control and what to do with this type of user, customer preference regarding the availability of gaming machines and devices, neuroscience applied to sales, how to act in the event of a robbery, apply first aid in an emergency, and labor and economic legislation are some of the topics that will be addressed at the EXPOJOC Academy.
The training will take place in the Castellón room (attached to the exhibition pavilion) with a limited capacity and in compliance with all the health measures required by the authorities.
In the near future, the registration period will open and the panel of trainers will be announced.
“EXPOJOC Academy is a more complete initiative than FormaJOC because it involves training gaming local workers in vital areas for their daily work. And all in the hands of great professionals in a single day”, highlights J.Ignacio Ferrer, founder and director of EXPOJOC.
