Blanco also stressed the need to rely on data and technology to design more efficient strategies: “Today we have tools that allow us to better understand the player and adapt experiences in real time.” Along these lines, he highlighted the importance of integrating artificial intelligence and advanced analytics solutions to optimize user interaction.
He further noted that well-implemented gamification can directly impact key business metrics such as retention and lifetime value. “When designed correctly, gamification not only entertains but also generates tangible value for companies,” he affirmed.
