Javier Balbuena, Luis Alberto Gama and Manuel San Román participated at CGS Chile, where they made the official launch of the consulting firm Gaming Consultores, in which they will pour all their experience and knowledge as former gambling regulators of their respective countries: Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay.

The aim of the firm is to provide comprehensive advice in the Games of Chance industry, focused on the Private Sector and placing special emphasis on everything related to the regulations in force in the different jurisdictions, as well as examining the viability of investment projects and provide advice on concession contracts.

Javier Balbuena, Managing Partner of Gaming Consultores, commented: “In my role as a former Paraguayan government official as gaming regulator, together with Luis Alberto Gama, Consulting Partner (Uruguay) and Manuel San Román, Consulting Partner (Peru), we formed Gaming Consultants, with a fairly broad vision of the field”.

“We want to make known our experiences, which are varied in terms of technical, legal and institutional regulation, and we encourage to have a more comprehensive discussion, with an objective vision, always taking into account the interests of both the private and the public sector”, he added.

“Today is the official launch of Gaming Consultores and our website, www.gamingconsultores.com, where people interested in the field can find our articles, they can find a section related to the bills of these three countries, Uruguay, Paraguay and Peru, and we are going to make progress in collecting information on the rules that govern games of chance in the different countries,” said Balbuena.
