(Bogota).- On September 25th, the Sheraton Hotel will host GAT Expo Bogotá 2025, a meeting that will bring together, as every year, executives, operators, manufacturers, suppliers, authorities, and associations in a single day in an optimal environment for updating trends and technology, generating new business opportunities, achieving sales, expanding portfolios, and engaging in strategic alliances.
Technology Exhibition and Networking
From 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the Santa Fe Room will open its doors for an intense day of trade shows and B2B networking, featuring state-of-the-art equipment for land-based casinos, sports and online betting, omnichannel solutions, biometric software, CRM, artificial intelligence, payment solutions, and cybersecurity. This space is consolidating its position as the sector's main commercial showcase in the Andean and Caribbean regions.

Bogotá, Economic and Entertainment Epicenter
Colombia's capital accounts for almost half of the country's financial activity (49.4%), 42.3% of information and communications, and 41.2% of artistic and recreational activities, including gambling. This represents 25% of the national GDP, equivalent to approximately US$115.5 billion, a figure close to the GDP of Guatemala and higher than the Gross Domestic Product of Costa Rica, Panama, and Uruguay, to name a few.
Colombia currently has 53 million inhabitants, and the capital is home to a population of 11.5 million. Bogotá expects to reach approximately 2.2 million international visitors by 2025, including tourism and business.
Bogotá is recognized as a 24-hour city, with a cultural and entertainment scene that registers almost one event per day and a live performance market exceeding US$15 billion annually. This economic size and dynamism translate into sector leadership and productive sophistication, making Colombia's capital city an ideal location for the gaming industry to expand its reach.
Institutional Participation and Leading Brands
GAT Expo Bogotá 2025 participants include Coljuegos—as a special guest and regulatory authority in Latin America—the National Council of Games of Chance (CNJS), and the associations Asojuegos, Cornazar, Fecoljuegos, and Fedelco, in addition to the Cundinamarca Lottery.
The trade show will feature international and local companies such as BetPlay, Novomatic, Pragmatic Play, BetConstruct, Gaming Laboratories International, Gatel, Win Systems, IGT, Alfastreet, PlayGroup, Betting Software, RPCol, Mobadoo, Mer Design, and Gem Solutions, which will showcase their latest technological solutions at booths with brand activations.
Sustainable Poker Tournament: Playing Seriously for the Planet
Corporate social responsibility is also at play at GAT Expo Bogotá 2025. The Sustainable Poker Tournament, organized in partnership with SoluestBet and the Universo Verde Foundation, integrates business networking and recreation with environmental action.
Donations from participating companies will be used for reforestation campaigns with citizen participation. Universo Verde will plant native trees on behalf of the donors, generating a positive impact on mitigating the greenhouse effect. This model of social responsibility linked to the gaming industry recently had a successful experience at GAT CDMX 2025, where it supported the Curando Foundation, a subsidiary of Project Cure USA. In Bogotá, the challenge will be "playing seriously for the planet."
Professional Networking
The networking agenda will begin on the evening of Wednesday, September 24th, with the Opening Party sponsored by Alfastreet at the Salsa & Son nightclub, located in Bogotá's Zona T, one of the busiest entertainment venues in the capital.
On the occasion of the Love and Friendship celebration currently taking place in the country, the GAT organization will offer complimentary drinks and canapés to its local and international visitors during the showroom in a special catering area.

The GAT Events 2025 Circuit Continues
GAT Expo Bogotá is part of the GAT Events 2025 Circuit, which connects the industry in different Latin American markets. After the event in the Colombian capital, the route continues with the GAT Caribe Tour:
GAT Expo Puerto Rico – October 29, Puerto Rico Convention Center.
GAT Expo Santo Domingo – November 12 and 13, Renaissance Jaragua Hotel & Casino.
“Investment and economic development in Bogotá and Colombia continue unabated. GAT Expo Bogotá is a unique commercial meeting point, a hub where global and national players will generate business opportunities, partnerships, and future projects, not only in this country but also throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. We are including a CSR component in GAT Events that we want to position. This is the Sustainable Poker Tournament, which will add differential value to our role as industry integrators in the region. We hope to continue making progress in this regard,” said José Aníbal Aguirre, CEO of GAT Expo.
