(Las Vegas).- Six outstanding industry leaders will be honored for their mentorship and advocacy at the annual Kick Up Your Heels fundraiser on September 30.
Honoring Excellence and Legacy in the Gaming Industry
Global Gaming Women (GGW), a non-profit dedicated to supporting, inspiring, and influencing the development of women in gaming, has officially announced the recipients of the prestigious 2026 Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award. Representing diverse aspects of the global gaming sector, the six chosen honorees embody Patty Becker's lasting legacy of generosity, mentorship, advocacy, and an unwavering commitment to helping others succeed.
Siobhan Lane, president and board chair of GGW, highlighted the exceptional response the organization saw this year. “GGW received a record number of nominations for this year’s Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award, demonstrating the remarkable depth of leadership, service, and commitment among women across the gaming industry,” Lane stated. She also noted that as GGW commemorates its 10-year anniversary, they are especially proud to recognize this 2026 class.
Meet the 2026 Honorees and Celebration Details
The distinguished winners of the 2026 Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award include:
- Michelle Baillie: General Manager - SkyCity Hamilton
- Tracy Bradford: President, Seminole Hard Rock Support Services
- Melissa Cox: Vice President of Marketing and Customer Relations, Gaming Capital Group
- Bethan Lloyd: Partner, Wiggin LLP
- Michelle Schenk: Director of Global Communications, IGT
- Maureen Wasloski: Vice President/General Manager Margaritaville/Boomtown Bossier City, LA
These inspiring leaders will be celebrated at GGW’s Kick Up Your Heels event, an annual ticketed gathering that inspires connection and helps raise funds for GGW’s mission-driven programs. This year, the celebration will be hosted at Intrigue at Wynn Las Vegas on September 30 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
