Heralding the event, Andy Ventris, Event Director responsible for ICE London, said: “We wanted to build on the success of last year’s Symposium which was hosted by Les Ambassadeurs Casino situated in Mayfair, London. Bringing industry thought leaders together in one place provides an ideal opportunity to listen to their views about the sector, learn from their insight and feed the intelligence back into the development teams responsible for ICE.” 

He continued: “It also provides us with an opportunity to share the exciting plans that we have to celebrate ICE 2024 which will be the last edition of the show to be held at ExCeL London and of course to discuss the next chapter in the history of ICE with the relocation to Barcelona in 2025. I am sure that there will be many questions about what to expect from the relocation and the senior team led by Clarion Gaming MD Stuart Hunter who oversaw the six-month bid and evaluation process will be present to go into more detail about all of the opportunities presented by the move.” 

Attendees to the 2023 Symposium will also receive a keynote speech entitled ‘Gambling The Investment Landscape’ from Simon French, Managing Director Head of Growth Capital Solutions and Travel & Leisure at Panmure Gordon. Simon spent five years at Whitbread PLC before moving into equity research starting with the IPOs of 888 and 32Red, subsequently co-founding a boutique advisory business working with public and private companies in the gambling sector.
