(Macau, Exclusive SoloAzar) - At G2E Asia, Interblock presented its innovative range of electronic table games (ETG), securing new business deals. In an interview with Vincent Tang and Quyen Pham, they discussed their main products and the importance of artificial intelligence and augmented reality to enhance the gaming experience.
At the recent edition of G2E Asia, held from 4-6 June at The Venetian Macao in Macau, Interblock reported a successful event, making new business deals and valuable contacts. During the interview with Vincent Tang, Sales Director of Interblock APAC, and Quyen Pham, Technical Director of Interblock APAC, the ETGs included the following features: "“our core product of the Stadium with multigames (Live, Video, and Automated), the standalone product of the 8-seater Black Pearl Roulette (Standard Roulette, Reel Roulette with Multiplier), as well as the popular Aruze products: Dragon SicBo, Lucky Roulette, and Shoot to Win Craps.”
They also added that they showcased the Universal cabinets with individual gameplay on a variety of games and highlighted that it was introduced the Mystery Progressive jackpot, which links to all Interblock’s games to enhance the gameplay experience and increase revenue for operators.

They were pleasantly surprised by the high level of support and volume of orders received, presenting a "good" challenge of meeting the lead times requested by customers, resulting into good new business deals and valuable contacts.
Regarding the business opportunities in the Asian market for the coming years, Vincent Tang and Quyen Pham are of the opinion that " every region is recovering from COVID-19 and adjusting their strategies to attract new customers, especially the younger generation. Remote play (online) is another market segment that everyone is exploring.”
Asked how they are preparing for the changes and challenges ahead in the industry, both said: “Interblock is continuing to introduce innovative products and concepts in ETG to adapt to new changes and attract new players”, and detailed that their preparation includes the following three points:
- “The Smart Pit product range with chip-less technology that accelerates transactions, offers accurate payouts, enhances security, and increases revenue for operators.
- The Universal Cabinet, which provides an individual gameplay experience where players can wager and control the games at their own pace.
- The integration of the best technologies from Interblock and Aruze ETG product lines.”

Finally, Vincent Tang and Quyen Pham shared their views on the future role of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality and augmented reality: “These new technologies will play a very important role in improving the gaming experience. Augmented reality enhances digital cameras, optical sensors, and radio-frequency identification (RFID) for more accurate result displays.
Especially in ETG with fully automated gaming, these technologies offer ever-increasing levels of accuracy and precision, speeding up games with minimal disputes. AI enhances real-time data analysis and pattern recognition, significantly improving the player's gaming experience.”
