JCM Global looks ahead at EAG
⏱ 2 min read
(Dusseldorf).- JCM Global looks forward to starting 2024 with a great EAG show at London’s ExCel. The company will be present on stand H63 alongside Game Payment Technology.
Visitors to the stand will be able to see the new VEGA PRO TM product family of bill validators and recyclers. These keep the same compact footprint as the first-generation VEGA, while significantly improving on security and reliability. “More than tens of thousands of VEGA recyclers have been sold into the UK market since they were first introduced 14 years ago. We know there will be significant demand for the new VEGA PRO TM, as it has many new benefits for customers,” says Hans Pesch, Sales Director EMEA.
The benefits include greater acceptance due to new note centring technology (acceptance rates of 98% or more). In addition, the new barcode reader allows for TITO compatibility, while new sensors make the unit future-proof ahead of the introduction of new polymer notes.
“The additional benefit of VEGA PRO TM is that it shares the same platform as the VEGA, so it is a seamless transition for those who already have them in operation. We know that, such is the reliability of the original VEGA, many remain in operation in the UK. We are also very excited to announce an extended three-year warranty on VEGA PRO TM from the previous 12 months” adds Pesch.
The JCM team also looks forward to demonstrating the GPT cashless payment app alongside its popular Ticket2GoTM, market-leading ticketing solution, developed for low payout machines.
Ticket2GoTM provides a networked ticket in/ticket out solution, as well as the proven networkless Ticket Payout feature. Furthermore, promotional ticketing is live now and is generating additional revenue for operators.
“We have more than 10,000 Ticket2GoTM TITO connected machines in the AGC and bingo markets and the opportunities to integrate the GPT cashless payment solution to this are significant” says Pesch. “We anticipate some interesting conversations with operators about the benefits of offering extended choice of payment methods to the players, including cash, cashless and TITO transactions.”
GPT will show its PoolPay terminal – first shown in prototype form at ACOS. PoolPay allows players to pay for pool directly from a card payment terminal. The PoolPay terminal can be used to pay for multiple tables at the same site, at a lower cost than any comparable solution on the market today. This allows venues to accept both app and card payments directly onto pool tables. Customers whose pool tables are already Game Payment-enabled can simply plug in the payment terminal and start taking card payments straight away with no changes to the hardware on site.
JCM Global’s company motto is Connecting, Listening, Partnering – we stand by this strategy setting new levels by providing award-winning solutions for all types of customer requests, such as bill validators, note recyclers, printers, TITO and systems solutions, cashless and even more. We look forward to welcoming you onto stand H63.
