Positive experience from DS Virtual Gaming at ICE

“We were pleased with this first edition of ICE in Barcelona. We found this edition accomplished our expectations. Firstly, many LatAm operators could visit ICE since Barcelona is a friendly city for LatAm visitors. Expo had faultless organization and distribution. It allowed an easy transit for visitors. We got to see a constant flow of visitors who moved calmly and comfort during the 3 days of the Expo. This allowed us to reach more attendees with our product and learn more about the operations in different markets”, Quevedo Leon said.

Interest from Latam markets and operators

“We were delighted to present our games’ portfolio and our auto players terminals. We received visitors from different markets, the most interested LatAm operators were from Colombia, Dominican Republic and Peru”, she answered, when asked about the feedback from Latin American visitors.

Technology is key for the gaming industry

Quevedo Leon also remarked that technology plays an essential role in the games of chance industry, from the development of new games, administrative systems, innovative platforms and product customizations based on data analysis.

“In each expo edition we witness how technology allows us to carry out these developments in less time and with better quality. We can be sure that in the near future we will manage to automate many processes and reduce the data management time. Which can translate into greater entertainment and loyalty potential,” she added.

The impact of ICE Barcelona for Latam

“ICE Barcelona has represented a great opportunity for operators to explore all the trends of our industry. The event has gathered the most important providers as well as new companies with interesting ideas. This international stage will always be a window to get to know and contact the industry. It also allows us to learn from the different realities and exploring potential for improvement,” she said.

“The Latin American market presents a very challenging reality, with different regulations in each country and, in some cases, different regulations for each region. For our company it is very important to work in regulated markets with licensed operators. Our team stays up to date of every change that occurs in the different markets in order to meet the requirements of the different regulatory entities. This is part of the commitment we have with our operators because we understand that for them this is an indispensable requirement and we must be ready to support them.”

Future shows for DS Virtual

“We are glad to attend to BiS SiGMA Americas, GAT Expo Cartagena, SBC Summit Americas and PGS,” she concluded.
