(Lima, SoloAzar Exclusive).- The Peru Gaming Show was never just about the booth. For LSports, it was about showing up in a market where showing up still matters — and leaving with more than a contact list. Federico Brancato, Sales Manager for the LATAM Region, came to Lima with a clear sense of what operators in this part of Latin America need most right now. What he found confirmed it.
Federico Brancato, LSports LATAM, granted an interview to SoloAzar about the recent participation of the firm at Peru Gaming Show.
LSports' overall participation and key results from PGS
When asked about an evaluation of the participation at Peru Gaming Show, Federico Brancato pointed: "Peru is one of the largest sports betting markets in South America, and the Peru Gaming Show reflected that. For LSports, the event was a genuine opportunity to be in the room with operators we work with — and some we hadn't met in person before. That face-to-face dynamic is something you can't replicate remotely. You have conversations you weren't expecting to have, leads walk into your booth, and relationships that exist on paper start to feel real.
“The results we took away weren't just commercial. They were confirmatory. The region is moving fast, operators are asking sharper questions, and the appetite for what LSports brings to the table is growing,” he added.
Prediction markets and LTS drove the conversation
Regarding the innovations or highlights unveiled at LSports booth, Brancato highlighted the following: “Two areas drove most of the conversations: prediction markets and LTS — LSports Trading Services."
"Prediction markets are generating serious interest right now, particularly with the FIFA World Cup 2026 running. Operators across the region know the format is coming and they want to understand how it fits alongside their existing sportsbook. A lot of people are still figuring out the mechanics of integration, so we spent real time walking them through what it looks like in practice.
"LTS drew just as much attention. As operators look to take more direct control of their trading and risk operations — moving away from intermediary platforms — LSports Trading Services offers a purpose-built managed trading layer that handles the complexity while they stay focused on their customers. That resonated strongly. We also had live World Cup matches running on the booth screens, which helped bring the product to life in a way that a slide deck never quite does."
LSports Capitalizes on LatAm Demand for Consolidated Data Solutions Amid Rising Regulation
“One of the most promising opportunities came from a multi-brand operator group that walked into the booth with a specific challenge: they're operating several brands and looking to consolidate their data costs across all of them. The proposition for LSports was clean — one integration, one commercial relationship, and access to market depth that their current provider can't match. That kind of conversation is exactly why you show up at these events. It wasn't on the schedule. It just happened,” Brancato affirmed.
“More broadly, the theme we're hearing from operators across the Andean region is cost optimization. Regulation is advancing quickly — Colombia is fully regulated, Brazil is over a year in, Chile is in its final stages, Argentina and Paraguay are already there. As compliance costs rise, operators need to do more with less. LSports' combination of product depth, pricing flexibility, and breadth of market coverage makes us the right answer to that pressure.”
Direct Data and Feet on the Ground: LSports Maps Out Its Aggressive LatAm Strategy for late 2026
He then described the company's current position in the Latin American market, particularly within the Andean region: "We're growing, and we can point to deals that prove it. The Caliente partnership is one of the clearest examples — the number-one brand in Mexico, the second-largest market in Latin America, running on LSports data. That's not a small signal.
In the Andean region specifically, we're seeing the same structural shift that's playing out across LATAM more broadly. Operators that have historically relied on intermediary B2B platforms are starting to build more direct infrastructure and take greater control of their product. LSports is positioning itself as the foundational layer for that transition — data, odds, risk, and trading through a single provider that understands the regional dynamics. We're already seeing this play out with some of the biggest names in the region, and we expect it to accelerate."
Following Peru Gaming Show, Brancato anticipates LSports major plans and projects scheduled for the remainder of the year.
"New products are in development — but we'll let those speak for themselves when they launch. What I can say is that the direction is clear: more coverage, more market depth, and more tools built specifically for operators competing in regulated environments.
What's just as important as the product roadmap is our commitment to physical presence in the region. In a market where relationships open doors, we intend to be in the room. More events, more face time, more local team on the ground. With all the innovation happening in AI and data, we're still a company built on people — and that won't change.
Our targets for the rest of 2026 are strong and we're on track to exceed them. The operators who will lead this market in five years are making partnership decisions right now. We intend to be their first call," he concluded.
