MGM Rewards Wins Customer Loyalty Program of the Year at 2022 Global Gaming Awards

(Las Vegas).- MGM Rewards, MGM Resorts’ reimagined loyalty program, has been named the Customer Loyalty Program of the Year at the 2022 Global Gaming Awards. In February 2022, MGM Resorts launched the new program streamlining its loyalty rewards across 20+ properties nationwide delivering enhanced benefits for millions of non-gaming and gaming members.
The Customer Loyalty Program of the Year award recognizes the company that puts customer loyalty at the heart of its operation, and has developed a strong and lasting relationship with its consumers.
“It is an honor to receive this recognition by the Global Gaming Awards,” said Anil Mansukhani, MGM Resorts’ Vice President of Loyalty Marketing. “Our team spent countless hours on the creation and execution of MGM Rewards, with the goal of delivering something unique and meaningful for our members. The Global Gaming Awards, now in their ninth year, are the most prestigious awards in the gaming industry due to the stringent shortlisting and voting processes. Companies are always shortlisted based on merit and the winners are chosen by over 100 C-Suite executives from the gaming industry with KPMG independently adjudicating the voting process to ensure full fairness and transparency. The Las Vegas Global Gaming Awards event recognizes success achieved by operators and suppliers across the Americas. The Awards are powered by leading B2B publications for the gaming industry, Gambling Insider and Gaming America.
