More than 350 companies exhibiting and large crowds of visitors at G2E 2022

(Las Vegas, SoloAzar Exclusive).- G2E 2022 shows off the latest gaming technologies and solutions from around the world. This year, the halls of the Venetian Expo Center in Las Vegas are full of visitors, as well as coffee shops and restaurants within the expo. There were lines for the opening sessions and keynote addresses, too.
For over 20 years, G2E has convened the global gaming industry to discover cutting-edge technology, connect with peers and industry experts, and access expert education. Called "the world's largest gathering of global, commercial, and tribal gaming professionals," G2E returned to the Strip in 2021 after a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and this year the number of visitors seem to have reached pre-pandemic levels.
The convention brings an estimated 26,000 visitors to Las Vegas with an estimated economic impact of $42.1 million.
Korbi Carrison, event vice president of G2E, said yesterday, at the start of the show, that more than 350 companies are exhibiting during the tradeshow portion that started Tuesday and runs through Thursday.
During his welcome address Tuesday morning, American Gaming Association President Bill Miller said: “While last year I said we’re back, this year, just look around. We’re really back!” Then added: “We’re close to pre-pandemic attendance and the floor is packed with exhibitors. You can feel the energy. We’ve been through a hard couple of years, but today our industry is standing strong, thanks to all of you.”
Supported by the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM), G2E 2022 showcases the rapid pace of industry innovation—from online gaming to the casino floor and digital payments to crypto and Web3.
In addition to visiting booths to learn about the latest trends in gaming, casinos, slots and other products and services, attendees have the opportunity to connect with their peers and colleagues at the G2E Networking Lounge, at Booth #2040.
