Newgioco unveiled its products and services for the US at ICE North America

(Boston, Exclusive SoloAzar).- Mike Ciavarella, CEO of Newgioco Group, granted an interview to SoloAzar within ICE North America show, held this week in Boston.
"We are exhibiting the products and services that we have unveiled for the United States market," said Mike Ciavarella, who also gave his impression about the first edition of this show: "Every event has to start somewhere, and this is an interesting beginning. A lot of our peer companies that are unsure of what is happening today, including ourselves, so the only way to find out is by making an appearance. So we are happy with the fact that we have made the decision to present ourselves."
He then added: "We decided to come because the US market is now starting to regulate, but in my view it is not going to be immediate, it is going to take some time to stabilize, it is going to take some time for all the individual states to realize that, in order to succeed in the industry, the regulations of the law have to stabilize in order to be consistent accross the country. And stabilization of the market is going to take some time. Only at that time they will be able to make proper decisions to move forward."
Ciavarella continued: "Our decision to come to ICE North America is based on the fact that we are in Italy, and we are very strong operators despite our size. Although we are small we have a very good product and it's been well respected by the market; we have been well received by our customers and clients. That method that we use in Italy I think it is a perfect fit for the United States. Therefore we have to make appereances; we have to make ourselves known here and this is the best way to be known here. Even though it is a young market, we have to be here."
Regarding the profile of the North American player, he commented: "It is very simple, it is not complicated; it is not professional; it is a very emotional player, which means that they really have cash for their favourite teams, the colors, the jerseys, the players, so the profile, in my opinion, is a player that needs guidance; that should be helped to learn our industry, because it's not only the fact that they can sportsbet, but also to do it responsibly. It is a very new customer to this industry."
Finally, when asked about the next shows for the rest of the year, he pointed: "I think we have to be very prudent in our decision-making with regards to shows. I don't think it is the smartest move to make appearances at every show. I think we have to be selective in terms of the markets to appear in, and I think at least there will be one more show that we would like to attend to in the US before the end of the year as an exhibitor, and then, attend events like conferences. We are also considering South Africa and we are also in Peru, for our virtual generation product."
