(Valencia, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Sergio Pérez, Responsible for Serpena, Grupo Cajugo, spoke with SoloAzar during his participation in EXPOJOC. “After the pandemic, it has been very good to return to EXPOJOC and see each other again, since it is about not losing contact and being able to present the news that one has; that's always interesting to people,” he said.
What products did you bring to present in this edition?
We have a range of touch monitors of all curves: 21, 23, 27, 32, and then we have another range of the replacement of the touch itself, for breakages and others. Then we brought out a new range of all-in-one touch pads built in with the PC. We are also the distributors and technical service of Azcoyen for Spain and globally, as well.
How do you see your firm's products with respect to this region?
The acceptance of the products has been quite good. Our strength is, above all, the immediate availability of the large stock that we have brought here in Spain, therefore, we deliver from one day to the next. That makes us a little more competitive compared to large companies: deadlines, payments, etc. In this sense, we are very agile, and it is what the street operator needs.
The company is based in Spain, but, do you sell in the rest of Europe and Latin America?
Yes, it arose here in Spain but then it has developed in different European countries. Although we do not have representation in Latin America, we do sell to that region from Spain.
What are the company's goals for the remainder of this year?
Our goal is to sell a lot. We really have the novelties here, today. Obviously we continue to develop and make new products according to customer needs, because we have the ability to customize any type of product. We are focused on that, and we know it is more complicated for a large monitor manufacturer to make those small changes. That is where our strength and our agility lies.
What are your upcoming events?
We will assist to IGB Live, from July 5 to 8 at RAI Amsterdam. We are not going as exhibitors but as visitors.
