“After having closed the 17th edition of PGS 2019 last June, the organizers of the event were very satisfied with the results obtained, the response of the exhibitor companies in the show is worth highlighting, noting that the presentation of each of them in their respective booths was impeccable, therefore, we want to express our public thanks. Thank you also for trusting our organization. In the floor, almost all the main brands of the gaming world were present, turning the show into an extraordinary event,” said the organizers.

This latest edition of PGS 2019 was awarded by the visit of José Ernesto Vidal Fernández, Vice Minister of Tourism and Foreign Trade, who said he was pleasantly surprised by the way the fair was organized and had words of praise and congratulations to the organizers, noting that he expected a future of greater success in the new presentations. He also stated that his sector was more willing to support its development. The Vice Minister, toured the facilities of the fairgrounds and was able to check a lot of order and quality of the products and novelties that were exhibited.

Similarly, the organizers appreciate the presence, as in other editions of PGS, of the General Director of Casino and Slot Machine Mr. Manuel San Román Benavente, who also participated as a speaker at the conferences highlighting the results of this activity in In 2018, he made special mention of the progress of the bill for sports betting and online games that remains pending for approval.

The presence of the main exponents of the land-based gaming, sports betting and online gaming industry, as well as national and international visitors, allowed the event to remain the most important show in the Latin American region.

PGS 2019 in this 17th edition, recorded an approximate growth of 15% in terms of floor size and/or extension of the land used, in the same way the number of attendees was much higher than in PGS 2018 reaching 3,500, at the end of the last event day the organizers of the show visited each stand to have direct contact with the managers of the main participating companies in order to collect their impressions. The comment of the majority was that in this fair they obtained excellent results, in addition, they specified that there is great expectation for the PGS 2020 that will take place on June 17 and 18 in the usual place “Jockey Exhibition Center”, to the point that many have confirmed their participation in the same place or space that they have been occupying so far.

“On our side, as organizers, we will do everything necessary for PGS 2020 to maintain the level it has achieved so far, we know that the established fence is very high, however, we will continue in the desire to overcome it.
