Regulatory compliance in gaming rooms at the EXPOJOC Academy

(Valencia).- The EXPOJOC Academy, a training space during the Expo Congress that will take place in Valencia on June 8 and 9, will address various matters related to gaming venues. One of them will be regulatory compliance in salons. This training will be given by Carles Tarancón, Moya&Emery's lawyer, on June 9.
Tarancón will address the administrative, labor and data protection regulations on access control to be known by employees. Regarding administrative law, the requirements that a gaming establishment must have (licenses) will be explained. In short, the keys to orderly compliance and the aspects to be taken into account will be transferred.
Carles Tarancón, in addition to having a degree in Law from the University of the Balearic Islands, has a postgraduate degree in legislative compliance and another in Administrative Law from the UOC (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya). He has also studied Data Protection Technician at the INEAF Business School.
