RELUM was delighted to showcase their casino solutions at the iGB L!VE event in Amsterdam

What were the expectations and objectives of the Relum’s recent attendance in Amsterdam, the Netherlands for iGB ?

Relum team was delighted to attend the recent iGB Live, because as always there are very essential opportunities floating in the air of RAI venue, and Amsterdam has a great vibe and culture to explore and dine out with your partners.
We expected to meet existing partners, new friends, and stakeholders and make them aware of Relum's casino aggregation engine and promotional tools.

Which were the main products that the company exhibited at this fair?

Our stand was located at Q44 and was a hub of activity over the show's four days.
The sales and product teams had a busy time showcasing the casino aggregation solutions that allow access to an unparalleled depth of gaming content of over 14,000 games and 180 casino providers and game studios via a single API.
The team also showcased our promotional tools for player engagement and retention campaigns and support services that sit on top of the core casino aggregation engines' content portfolio and are fully accessible from a central back-office dashboard. Relum's B2B support was also a strong talking point for prospective partners as we believe in providing support to operators with a bespoke development program on looking at revenue growth options in each local market.

How was the public feedback on the products you presented?

A vast number of meetings held on our stand with our sales and products teams, showed the level of interest in our products, and the speed of those prospects wanting to start the integration explicitly identifies perfect fit of our product with market needs.

What is your opinion on the progress of iGaming across Europe compared to land-based gaming?

iGaming is hugely popular across Europe, with some markets bigger than others due to infrastructure and culture, accessibility of internet and regulatory conditions. Casino and sports betting take the majority share in consumer participation, and with current pace of the world, players are attracted to games with faster outcomes, resulting in online casino growth speed to accelerate.
Land based casino still has the lion share of the market, with around 60%+ share of turnovers resulting from land-based wagers based on different research studies, however online casino surpasses land-based with the speed of growth and will be closing the gap year on year.
For sure land-based gaming is part of culture for many countries and local brands need to consider the best channel strategy to reach customers and introduce them to digital products and services.

What is the company's presence in this local market?

We are live in European different markets with numerous partners currently, and continuously investigating new opportunities to enter new markets. For this we as well make sure that our product and infrastructure are compliant with all regulations, and new functionalities are built with all regulatory parameters.

Post-event reflection: could you comment on the demands of the sector within the local market and its difference compared to markets in other latitudes/LATAM?

Player behaviour, preference of gaming portfolio and verticals, and regulatory limitations are the factors making casino aggregators like us, research and adopt unique approach per market. LatAM being a maturing market has different gaming preference, regulatory ease and at the same time more uncertainty compared to Europe which is a more matured market, and has certain regulatory requirements across each country. Trying to acquire share in all markets, we try to walk in parallel with every market’s regulation and gaming portfolio needs, hence we continuously try to add new providers to our portfolio.

What final results did the company achieve in terms of business opportunities during the 4 days of the fair?

Relum had one mission: to make delegates aware of our substantial depth of content on the casino aggregation side and the range of promotional tools and customer support we provide to brands looking for programs that can assist in growth revenue goals.
We look forward to the follow-up over the next few weeks and the next trade show for our team.
