SBC Summit North America 2021 betting and igaming conference confirmed for December
⏱ 2 min read
(New Jersey).- Gambling industry event organizer SBC has confirmed that its eagerly-awaited SBC Summit North America 2021 conference and trade show will go ahead as scheduled at New Jersey’s Meadowlands Exposition Center on November 30 – December 2.
The event is the successor to SBC’s successful Betting on Sports America (BOSA) show, which debuted in 2019, with its scope now expanded to incorporate another fast-growing part of the US entertainment landscape – igaming.
News of the green light for the event follows Governor Phil Murphy’s announcement that New Jersey’s COVID-19 Public Health Emergency has ended and that numerical limits for indoor gatherings, along with all requirements for face coverings and social distancing, have been removed.
As a result, SBC is able to press ahead with its plans to bring together a high-level audience of 2,500 delegates from the US and Canadian sports betting, igaming, tribal gaming, lottery, and professional sports industries at Meadowlands.
Rasmus Sojmark, Founder & CEO of SBC, said: “We’re excited about the prospect of returning to New Jersey later this year and staging SBC Summit North America under the ‘normal’ conditions that make events much more enjoyable for everyone who attends.
“We have big plans for this event and are looking forward to delivering a winning combination of valuable conference content that features world-renowned industry experts, outstanding networking opportunities, and a great environment for companies in the sports betting and igaming sectors to do business.”
The new SBC Summit North America will retain everything that made BOSA the pre-eminent event for the region’s sports betting industry, while giving delegates the additional benefit of new content focused on the opportunities emerging in the states that have moved to legalize igaming.
Attendees can look forward to a conference with more than 200 senior executive speakers from both North American and major international markets, together with an expo featuring 50 leading suppliers showcasing the next generation of products and content.
A further valuable addition to the event is the inaugural SBC Awards North America, which will recognize the achievements of the best-performing operators, affiliates, and suppliers in the region.
The awards ceremony will be just one part of a full evening program during SBC Summit North America. A series of networking events in stylish venues will provide perfect settings for delegates to connect and have informal business chats.
For further details about SBC Summit North America – including how to book your pass at the Super Early Bird rate of $395, a saving of $400 on the standard price – please visit the event’s official website.
