Shaping iGaming Growth in Brazil: A Conversation with Roberto Muñoz, CT Interactive

Roberto Muñoz has built a strong background working closely with operators and platforms across Latin America. He plays a key role in expanding CT Gaming’s presence in regulated markets and strengthening partnerships with local operators. During SBC Summit Rio, he shared his insights on the evolving Brazilian market, regulatory challenges, and the opportunities ahead for suppliers looking to grow in the region.

Strengthening Partnerships and Insights at SBC Summit Rio

“Brazil is a unique and vast market, and attending SBC Summit Rio 2026 was essential for me, as it is a truly Brazil-focused event. Many local operators are currently working to align with the new regulatory framework, which represents a significant challenge for the industry. Our certified portfolio is already live with several operators in the market, yet many others have shown strong interest in our content. Being present at the event allowed us to meet them in person, explore potential partnerships, and further strengthen our relationships within the Latam market. This direct engagement also provided invaluable insights into local trends and the evolving needs of Brazilian operators, helping us tailor our offerings more effectively,” he pointed out.

With regards to building confidence in Brazil’s regulated market, he commented the following: “I was able to meet with several platform providers, and we are now actively discussing the integration of our content for operations in Brazil. Another significant highlight was connecting with operators who are already licensed and show strong potential to become our partners in the market. I dedicated considerable time to clearly demonstrate our portfolio, which helped build their confidence in our company and our operations in Brazil".

“Additionally, these conversations allowed us to gain a deeper understanding of the local market dynamics, identify emerging trends, and explore tailored solutions that can maximize success for both our partners and our business in the region,” he added.

Brazil’s Transition to Regulation as a Pillar of Long-Term Growth

Brazil is currently undergoing a crucial transition as the regulated market continues to take shape. It is essential for us to keep collaborating closely with operators and platform providers to consolidate our position in this rapidly growing market. Our content has already been very well received, and we are confident that Brazil has the potential to become one of our top-performing markets in the near future. By fostering the right partnerships and continuing to develop the market, Brazil could become a key pillar in our long-term growth strategy, driving both innovation and sustainable expansion in the region,” he concluded.
