What is your assessment on the presentation of the company in this edition of G2E?


Excellent. You know why? Behind every great expo, there is a team of people making sure everything runs smooth. And Spintec’s team was amazing. From day one we arrived in Las Vegas, they showed great passion, energy and motivation to have everything ready for the expo. And we were able to transfer that energy also to all our business meetings with existing and new potential partners and the results are already here. A lot of new deals, ideas and plans for the future we are all eager to see come to life. United States, Australia, Latin America, Asia, Europe stay tuned.



What does G2E mean for the company?


G2E Las Vegas is one of the most important expos for us. We showcase our whole portfolio of products. Expos are a great place to meet with existing and new potential partners and talk about the industry, seal new deals and network. Spintec’s ETG solutions are currently present on 6 continents and almost every day we are adding new countries and operators on the map. G2E is the ideal place to work on our brand recognition and strengthen our position in markets worldwide. We had very fruitful discussions, talking about possible cooperation in United States. North America is a big market we are all excited to start working on.


What plans does the company have for the remainder of this year?


So far, 2018 has been an amazing year. Alongside new technologies, games and products we alternated, we made a new product line Karma GEN2 and presented it for the first time in the US market at G2E Las Vegas. 2018 was rich also in expos we have visited or exhibited at so far. We will be present on 12 expos worldwide until the end of 2018. The closest to date will be MGS in Macau in November. If you are in the area you should definitely visit Spintec’s stand #AP27. And in the following months another important thing is happening, we begin with construction works for our new business site. We have invested in building a new facility providing 300 percent larger production and office capacities, as the current ones could not sustain company’s growth and development in the future. Furthermore, the majority of our focus will be Australia, new certifications and new partners in the countries we are not present at the moment.


In which markets does the company develop?


We are currently putting a lot of team effort and energy mainly in Australia. In former, the certification process is coming to an end and we are really looking forward to start selling our products there, especially because we already have excelent distributor. Goran Miškulin, Spintec’s owner and procurator met with Peter Saez, The Epping Club’s CEO at G2E Las Vegas to celebrate the deal Spintec and The Epping Club made for the very first installation in Australia. And other operators are following. They are showing a lot of interest, especially for our product line Aura.


What are the next shows for the company?


From November, 13-15 our team will be at Macau Gaming Show (MGS), showcasing our Aura and Karma GEN2 product lines together with our distributor in Macau, Asia Pioneer Entertainment. Stop at our stand #AP27 or book a meeting with Primoz at primoz.krsevan@spintec.si in advance.


Sports betting is currently a central issue in the United States. What is your opinion about it?


Since we are not playing in the same field as sports betting, we are not putting a lot of focus there.


Do you think that online games are complementary or competition of land-based games?


Online gaming is developing really fast and is taking a big portion of the gaming industry. We see online games as a complementary to the land-based games. Many players are still very much attracted by the land-based gaming experience that they can’t get anywhere else except in casinos. The future will most probably bring different trends, but we are ready for them.


Millennials are the players of the present and the future, how does the company adapt to them?


We at Spintec believe that constant market research, flexibility and adaptability can do wonders to satisfy each generation. And millennials are no different. They might pursue goals and have wishes that other generations don’t, their playing styles might be different, but we are working hard to fulfil their demands and adapt gaming solutions that they find attractive to play.
