Successful presence of Pragmatic Play at the PGS in Lima, Peru

(Lima, SoloAzar Exclusive).- SoloAzar interviewed Víctor Arias, Vice President of Latam Operations at ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play, during the Peru Gaming Show (PGS) that was held from June 14 to 15 in Lima, Peru. He talked about the importance of being present at the event, and noted the growth of the Latam market, among other topics.

Pragmatic Play, a leading supplier of content in the iGaming industry, was present at the Perú Gaming Show that took place from June 14 to 15 in Lima, Perú. 

Referring to the highlights of this 20th edition of PGS, Victor Arias, VP of Latam Operations at ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play commented: “PGS is a fair that always invites participation, because it tends to bring together a very diverse public, around themes that are important for the present of our industry.

This is precisely what happened in this edition, which was also experienced with extra motivation as it was the twentieth.”

Therefore for Victor Arias is is difficult to  pick out one aspect: “However, I would like to highlight that, this year, in addition to the panels and presentations that have become classic topics of debate in Latin America, it was possible to see the approach of issues facing the future of entertainment,” he explained.

“For me, this is extremely important, because it means standing on what is already a trend in other regions to see what horizon we want and can reach as a continent”, he added. 

When asked about the challenges in the Latam market, Mr. Arias told us that “Latin America always represents challenges for operators, providers, regulators, payment solutions and for all the cogs that make this industry move.

“I like to emphasise this as something really positive, because it means that our territory is active, that it is moving forward and evolving in order to offer better experiences every day”, he remarked.

Victor Arias' positive point of view includes challenges ahead, and he explained as follows: “PGS left many ideas, projects in mind, a realistic picture of our region in terms of technology, economic possibilities, entertainment preferences, volume of operations.

Therefore, from now on, the focus will be to face new stages, always with the aim of raising the level of entertainment in Latin America.”

The future events that Pragmatic Play will attend, are related to their goals and strategy in Latam market. Therefore they were present in the Peru Gaming Show and also at Sigma Americas -BiS in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He said: “Pragmatic Play team in Latin America has big ambitions in terms of event participation. It's a very important part of the strategy, so you'll continue to see the brand across the length and breadth of the territory.

He ended the interview adding: “Two exciting missions have just been completed, taking up the communication concept a little bit, in Peru and Brazil and the team is already looking ahead, planning more participations with the same commitment. It is expected that they will continue to accompany each of the next destinations, to complete more stages in this journey with Spaceman, the figure that represents this trip through Latin America.”
