(Miami, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Leonardo Baptista, CEO and co-founder of Pay4Fun, shared with SoloAzar his thoughts and impressions about the recent SBC Latin America show. “Betting regulation in Brazil was one of the main topics discussed in the halls,” commented Baptista.

“The event was quite productive, with networking opportunities both in meetings and in informal moments. We highlight the interactions during the sessions between conferences and the opening and closing receptions, which allowed us to establish contacts with various market players. Many were interested in reliable payment solutions, especially in the context of the move towards a regulated market in Brazil,” said Leonardo Baptista about his participation in SBC Latin America.

When asked about the ideas he plans to implement in his company from the conversations and conferences he participated in as a speaker, he told us the following: “The regulation of gambling in Brazil was one of the main topics discussed in the corridors, highlighting the importance of payment methods in the sector. From these dialogues, it became even clearer that strengthening payment solutions is essential to support a safe transition to the regulated market. Pay4Fun, as a pioneering institution authorized by the Central Bank, remains committed to actively contributing to this development.”

During the event, Pay4Fun participated in the conference PSP and Operators: A Collaborative Approach in Brazil, which highlighted the central role of payment methods in the regulation of the betting and entertainment sector in Brazil. “With the regulation of the betting market in Brazil approaching, we recognize that payment channels will have a considerable responsibility in supporting the integrity and security of the sector. This dialogue reinforced the importance of active collaboration between Payment Service Providers and operators to build solutions that align with new regulatory guidelines, an area in which Pay4Fun has already been acting proactively,” Baptista detailed.
Baptista considers that the Brazilian market remains the most promising for Pay4Fun’s expansion. “The regulation of the betting sector, together with the authorization of payment methods by the Central Bank, creates a scenario of solid opportunities. In addition, the growth of digitalization and the expansion of the user base in the country reinforce the development prospects in Brazil,” he assured.
