Among the most outstanding, 79 tables and 541 slots in the Atlantis, 132 tables and 1015 slots in the Baha Mar, and both casinos have 6 active sports books. There are licenses for Casino Games available but they are not authorized for foreign investors since they need a joint venture association to invest in the Bahamas.

There are 298 game houses in the Bahamas operated by 7 different companies and they are willing to issue more licenses for game houses only if there is a joint venture association. These licenses are not open to foreign investors, but are only issued to companies that are fully owned by citizens of the Bahamas.
