(Lisbon, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Gabriele De Lorenzi, Commercial Director at WorldMatch, spoke to SoloAzar following SBC Summit 2026 – The Greatest Show in Gaming, held from September 29 to October 1 at Feira Internacional de Lisboa and MEO ARENA, highlighting the company’s commercial objectives, new business opportunities, and the growing demand for localized and bespoke casino content.
WorldMatch meets its SBC Summit 2026 objectives
For WorldMatch, SBC Summit 2026 represented an important milestone in its annual commercial and brand strategy, with a focus on showcasing its latest portfolio, strengthening relationships with Tier-1 operators, and exploring opportunities in emerging regulated markets.
“For WorldMatch, SBC Summit 2026 in Lisbon represented a pivotal milestone in our annual commercial and brand strategy. Our primary objectives were to present our latest portfolio to global operators, strengthen our long-standing relationships with Tier-1 operators across our primary regulated European jurisdictions, particularly Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Romania, and engage directly with key stakeholders from emerging regulated markets, with a dedicated focus on LatAm.”
De Lorenzi also highlighted the company’s proprietary gamification, promotional tools, and flexible jackpot systems, designed to support player retention. According to the Commercial Director, WorldMatch fully achieved its objectives, exceeding its initial benchmarks in both lead volume and the quality of contacts generated during the event.
“The level of engagement confirmed that our 25-year heritage as a reliable, compliance-first B2B provider resonates strongly with operators looking for stability, quality, and tailored content.”

New business opportunities across Europe and LatAm
The company’s participation in SBC Summit 2026 also generated several commercial opportunities for WorldMatch, including framework agreements with major operators in both Europe and Latin America.
“We secured several framework agreements with major European and Latin American casino operators seeking certified, high-performing content customized for local player preferences.”
Growing demand for bespoke casino games
One of the key trends identified by the company was the increasing interest in exclusive and customized game content.
“A major highlight was the surge in demand for bespoke games. Brands increasingly seek exclusive titles built on our proven game engines to differentiate their casino lobbies, and several bespoke game partnerships were initiated during the event.”
According to De Lorenzi, this demand reflects operators’ growing need to differentiate their offerings while adapting casino content to specific markets and player preferences.
Regulation and localization shape the European market
De Lorenzi described Europe as the global benchmark for regulated online casino gaming, while pointing to the maturity and regulatory complexity of the region.
“The European market remains the global benchmark for regulated online casino gaming, but it is characterized by maturity, intense competition, and high regulatory rigor.”
He noted that markets such as Italy, Spain, and Portugal are increasingly focused on retention, product quality, and localization rather than acquisition.
“In markets like Italy, Spain, and Portugal, growth is driven by retention, product quality, and precise localization rather than acquisition.”
According to the WorldMatch executive, strict marketing restrictions and responsible gambling requirements also mean that suppliers need to combine engaging game mechanics with robust compliance infrastructure.
“Success here requires flexible volatility settings, engaging mechanics, and robust compliance infrastructure.”

Operators highlight game quality and stability
Following the event, De Lorenzi described the feedback from operators and industry professionals who visited the WorldMatch booth as overwhelmingly positive, with particular attention given to the company’s latest slot releases.
“Operators praised the visual finish, math models, and stability of our newest slot releases that were also displayed at the booth with the stunning graphics.”
He added that visitors also valued the company’s experience and ability to consistently deliver certified content.
“Visitors also emphasized the value of partnering with a veteran supplier that offers a continuous stream of certified content.”
For WorldMatch, the results of SBC Summit 2026 therefore extend beyond the event itself, combining stronger relationships with established European operators, new opportunities across Latin America, and growing interest in customized casino content.
