On November 27 and 28, 2024, it took place the latest edition of BEGE at the Inter Expo Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. According to Milos Pejic SEE Regional Manager of Novomatic, "it is a significant milestone, showcasing our commitment to the industry while celebrating its growth. Sharing the stage with over 80 international exhibitors provides invaluable exposure, networking opportunities, and a chance to present our innovations to a global audience. It’s a unique platform for strengthening relationships, gaining industry insights, and highlighting our role in shaping the future of gaming and entertainment.”

Then we asked Milos to detail which products or solutions stood out at his stand during this edition of BEGE and he told us that the highlights were:

As last year, catering was provided by AdmiralBet Pub. And, once again, the cabaret by Euphoria created a great atmosphere. Visitors were most interested in the solutions presented on the betting terminal and, in particular, its functionality and methodology for depositing and withdrawing tickets, and the potential integration of certain virtual games onto the terminal.

He added “Regarding the platform, they were primarily interested in the implementation of sports products and feeds as well as in UI/UX solutions for the casino lobby and related features (such as the jackpot widget and casino tournaments, etc.), sports tickets, player profiles, and similar functionalities. At this year’s BEGE, our stand featured two standout betting applications developed by our subsidiary AppSter Solutions D.O.O. (AdmiralBet mobile native solution), each of which seamlessly combines sports betting and casino functionalities. Visitors were particularly impressed with the exceptional performance, optimization, innovative integration of live match tracker widgets and statistics, cross-platform compatibility, and intuitive user interfaces that enhance user engagement”.

At this year’s BEGE, both Optimum Plus Roulette and the brand-new King Master slot machine captivated attendees with their sleek designs and exceptional gameplay. .Did you participate in the EEGS debates or conferences? What do you think about the topics discussed?

 Our colleagues from NOVOMATIC Bulgaria took part. The discussion covered such interesting topics as tightened regulations, increased taxes, advertising restrictions, and the controversial provisions of the Bulgarian Gambling Act for land-based operations.

 What are your goals for the future, taking into account the new business connections gained in the Balkan region?

 Our goals for the future are focused on leveraging the new connections gained in the Balkan region to expand our market presence, build strong partnerships, and tailor our offerings to meet local needs. We aim to drive innovation, strengthen customer relationships, and establish a long-term footprint in this dynamic market, aligning our solutions with regional growth opportunities and industry trends.
